Symon’s Herb-Crusted Walleye with Lobster Pierogi

Walleye is a freshwater fish found in the northern United States. The Minnesota state legislature designated the walleye its official state fish in 1965, and in 2007 approved a trademark for the small northern town of Baudette as the Walleye Capital of the World.
