Rigatoni with Roasted Butternut Squash and Pancetta
F&W’s Grace Parisi says, “butternut squash, pancetta and sage are exquisite together. The sweet squash, salty, savory (and a little gamey) pancetta and aromatic sage just scream to be put together.” Luckily, 2004 Best New Chef Scott Conant did just that with this delicious pasta dish.
