A lobster corn dog: It’s the dish Graham Elliot makes every year as the culinary director for the Lollapalooza music festival in Chicago, and also a recipe that shows his whimsical high-low style. When he isn't pumping up Lollapalooza's food cred by selecting great vendors or running his own sandwich joint, Grahamwich, the Charlie Trotter protégé oversees the Michelin-starred Graham Elliot.
