The Australian offshoot of this popular Moscow-based shop—a destination for bold, attention-getting fashions (an orange Thierry Mugler body-con dress with exaggerated shoulders is an exclusive here)—flies in the Michelin-starred Belgian chef David de Belder a few times a year to develop the kitchen's seasonal menu. In the fall, dishes include the cleverly named Slow Cooked Bull Wins the Race, a Wagyu beef dish that has been cooked sous vide for 20 hours with coriander seeds, white pepper, juniper berries, bay leaf, thyme and rosemary.
