The Bar at the Alaskan Hotel, Juneau, Alaska

Operating since 1913, the Alaskan Hotel is on the National Register of Historic Places, and according to urban legend, is haunted by a ghost. Locals pay no heed and love the bar’s Gold Rush atmosphere (Tiffany lamps, antiquated wallpaper) and large selection of beers including Pacific Northwest microbrews like Deschutes Brewery’s malty Black Butte Porter.
