The NoMad Hotel, New York City

Chef Daniel Humm and general manager Will Guidara, both originally from the renowned restaurant Eleven Madison Park, are the superstar team running this lavish spot, where mixologist Leo Robitschek, also an EMP transplant, mans the handsome mahogany bar. Bottle service, ingeniously, comes by way of rolling carts, though it would be a shame to miss cocktails like Satan’s Circus, a whiskey drink that gets a spicy kick from Thai bird chili-infused Aperol.
