This third spot from local restaurateurs Jennifer Jasinski and Beth Gruitch was intended as a place for chefs, and it shows in chef de cuisine Jorel Pierce’s menu. You’ll find beef short rib kielbasa and boudin noir sausages (made by three in-house butchers) and the unassumingly named chips and dip: lemon–goat cheese dip with oolong tea–smoked duck breast, duck confit and Kennebec potato chips.
