Located in a former carriage house, this is a West Village institution that launched a thousand gastropubs. Chef April Bloomfield’s menu draws crowds with its Michelin-starred fare: devils on horseback, smoked haddock chowder, ricotta gnudi, and the legendary chargrilled burger with Roquefort and shoestring fries.
