Concourse B · The Denver airport has half a dozen taverns featuring Colorado's microbrewed beers. The artsy bar and grill, New Belgium Hub, serves whole-wheat pancakes for breakfast. Concourse C · A branch of decades-old Denver favorite Tamales by La Casita sells supercheap red chile-and-shredded pork or green-chile-and-cheese tamales.
