Zuani Casa, Friuli

As the daughter of legendary Friulian winemaker Marco Felluga—who himself has run two wineries, a hotel and a restaurant—Patrizia Felluga shares her father’s entrepreneurial gene. She and her children, Antonio and Caterina, have just converted an old farmhouse and stable into an elegant new agriturismo overlooking their vineyards. The inn, which will open this May, has five suites, each with its own stone fireplace. Guests can tour the vineyards on bicycles and stop off at the winery to taste Zuani’s two fantastic white blends, both made from Friulano, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc—one aged in oak, the other in stainless steel. Then, they can pedal to the property’s huge garden to harvest vegetables that the chef will use for cooking classes or to make dinner. Suites from $200; zuanivini.it.—Megan Krigbaum
