Once Scott Wall hit 330 pounds, the 6' 2" chef started working out during his only available time: from midnight to 2 a.m. He took to the treadmill for the first time in his life and started playing five-on-five full-court basketball five to six days a week. He's since shed more than 125 poundsand has kept the weight off for two years.
