For F&W Best New Chef 2005 Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson, yoga used to be a once-monthly hobby. Now he practices yoga five days a week, alternating 90-minute Vinyasa flow sessions with Bikram (hot) yoga. He also mountain bikes about three times a week through Walker Ranch Park or Marshall Mesa Trail, located just outside of downtown Boulder.
