Kogi BBQ; Los Angeles

F&W Best New Chef 2010 Roy Choi masterminded a food truck concept where Korean BBQ meets Mexican food. While most famous for tacos and quesadillas, the fleet of trucks serve great hot dogs too. The Kogi Dog is a blistered all-beef Hebrew National frank that comes nestled inside a toasted bun, topped with homemade spicy pork, Asian-style Kogi slaw, cilantro-onion-lime relish, cheese and sesame mayo.
