In 2006, brothers Kevin and Tom Sousa revived this 1915-vintage hot dog shop, which had been closed for several decades. The hot dogs are all beef with natural casings, and the toppings range from Po’ Boy (fried oysters, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo, mustard) to the banh mi (pork liver, pickled cucumber, pickled red onion, jalapeño, sweet chili and cilantro).
