When a Capitol Hill café called Murky Coffee closed in 2008, former general manager Ryan Jensen and his wife, Jill, reopened it as Peregrine Espresso. The couple now peddles high-grade pour-overs and espresso drinks, with beans supplied by Counter Culture Coffee.
