Owner Danny Meyer led the Gramercy Tavern alumnus Nick Anderer on an epic five-meal-a-day tour of Rome to research dishes like malfatti al maialino (suckling pig ragù with hand-torn pasta and arugula) for the menu at this great trattoria.
