Zin Restaurant & Wine Bar
With a focus on seasonal, farm-to-table cuisine, the chefs at Zin Restaurant make almost everything from scratch, including condiments, breads, charcuteries, and desserts. In addition, they also incorporate fresh produce from the restaurant’s own Eastside Farm. Echoing the modern rustic menu, the dining room blends concrete floors and walls with exposed wooden beams and large, pastoral paintings. The dishes change frequently but might include Mexican beer-battered green beans with mango salsa, and applewood-smoked pork chop with fresh applesauce, andouille sausage, and cornbread stuffing. The regional wine list has more than 100 selections, with an emphasis on Sonoma Zinfandels.
