Given the scarcity of good Asian restaurants in Mexico City, Zhen Shanghai's arrival in 2006 was long overdue. A team of cooks from all over China prepares impeccable and opulent versions of mostly traditional Chinese dishes—and outstanding dim sum.
We loved: Whole snapper with asparagus; Peking duck.
