Brews and brauts are the main attraction at this downtown version of a German biergarten. Wurstküche’s brauts range from traditional Kielbasas to exotic specialty sausages, such as an alligator and pork combination, rattlesnake and rabbit mix, and duck and bacon option. There are even vegetarian options, and toppings include sauerkraut, sweet peppers, and gourmet mustards. Belgian fries are served with unique dipping sauces like Thai peanut, chipotle aioli, and curry ketchup. Communal seating is available, and two dozen imported biers are on tap, including mostly German and Belgian choices like Spaten Optimator, Bitburger, and Chimay White.
