Vino Italian Tapas & Wine Bar, Honolulu
Blending cuisine and wine, Vino is the brainchild of two of Hawaii’s most influential culinary personalities, restauranteur D.K. Kodama of Sansei Seafood and master sommelier, Chuck Furuya. The dining menu is filled with Italian tapas, including kabocha pumpkin and Molokai sweet potato ravioli, mini veal osso bucco, and housemade three cheese gnocchi. Furuya’s wine list has a number of Italian and Mediterranean bottles, as well as an expansive selection of nearly 20 wines by the glass, many of which are available in either two-ounce or five-ounce pours.
