unsicht-Bar
A dark restaurant, unsicht-Bar is built upon the principle that a lack of sight will enhance the other senses, including the sense of taste. Diners are greeted in the lit foyer, where they select their drinks and meals. The menu contains vegetarian, seafood, meat, and poultry options, as well as a surprise menu for adventurous guests. Once meals are chosen, diners are guided into the main dining room, where they are shrouded in complete darkness. The entire wait staff is either blind or visually impaired and will assist diners in navigating their meal in the dark.
