Tru
One of Streeterville's most exclusive dining spots, Tru features the creativity of chef Anthony Martin, the Chicago Tribune's Chef of the Year in 2010, his first at the helm. The sleek, minimalist style of Tru's interior space is complemented by an art collection that includes originals by Andy Warhol and Gerhard Richter. Martin's presentations are works of art themselves, evidenced by the caviar tasting served on molded coral with abalone shells. The three-course prix-fixe menu includes main dishes such as Wagyu beef short ribs, Scottish salmon, and grilled rabbit loin.
