Troubadour
Founded in 1954 as part of the second great London coffee revolution, the rickety restaurant, bar, and coffee house became a center of West London counter culture during the 50’s and 60’s, hosting everyone from Bob Dylan to Jimi Hendrix. The atmosphere has changed little since inception, with a no frills, laid back look that includes old signs and musical instruments cluttering the walls and a food and drink menu firmly rooted in classic British fare (one menu highlight: the all-day breakfast). Attached, is the Troubadour’s own art gallery, as well as a wine shop.
