Located just off Baker Street in the West End, Trishna brings Londoners the flavors of southwest India inspired by its sister restaurant in Mumbai. Created by B3 Designers, the minimalist interior features exposed brickwork, smoked oak, glass, and tumbled marble. After visiting India with the intent to open a restaurant, chef Karam Sethi was inspired by Trishna's food and decided to open a London location that focused more on coastal Indian cuisine—accompanied by his innovations, of course. The menu is divided into three sections (main course, charcoal, and deep-fried pakora), so for a full experience, order an item from each list. Homemade desserts, fine wines from around the globe, and both European and Indian beers complete the meal.
