Known for high French cuisine, this Chelsea establishment takes its namesake from renowned head chef Tom Aikens, who once worked under Joël Robuchon in Paris. The interior of the 60-seat restaurant is fairly basic: black leather chairs, cream walls, black-and-white linens, and bamboo blinds, but the food is a different story. The two-star Michelin award-winner has a menu complete with dishes like Devon roast suckling pig, steamed arctic char, and Romney Marsh lamb loin. Local breads are severed to each table, and the wine list includes mostly French selections.
