In 2003, renowned chef Tim Andriola opened his Mediterranean-Italian restaurant, Timo, in Sunny Isles Beach. With seating for around 100 people, the dining room boasts red brick walls, brown leather seats, and tables covered in white linens. Using the freshing available ingredients, chef Andriola prepares a seasonal menu that includes everything from homemade pasta to seafood to pizzas baked in a wood burning oven. Dinner specialties include the fois gras crostini, Mediterranean sea bass brazino, and braised short ribs.
