The latest addition to Avenida Nueva Costanera, Santiago's swanky restaurant row, is this spruced-up version of the humble <em>parrillada</em> (barbecue joint). Chefs man the double-decker grill in one corner, playing to a crowd of local politicians, TV stars and celebrities. On the menu, fancier items like game birds, fish and seafood join the traditional beef, and there are a half-dozen carpaccios.
We loved: Easter Island tuna with sea salt and olive oil.
