Theo Randall at the InterContinental
Chef Theo Randall, formerly of the River Café, heads his namesake restaurant tucked inside the Intercontinental London Park Lane. With a menu focused on rustic Italian cuisine, Randall uses the freshest available ingredients to craft such dishes as risotto di asparagi, ravioli di erbette and fegato di vitello. Each dish is representative of the no-frills, flavor-packed cuisine that Randall himself equates with Italy. The dining room is sleek and inviting; dark wood furniture is complemented by shades of green, and warm, carefully placed lighting creates an intimate atmosphere for relaxing, enjoyable meals.
