SAM TASTE Restaurant
SAM Taste is a full-service restaurant located within the Seattle Art Museum that's open for lunch, happy hour, and dinner. More than 50% of the restaurant's suppliers come from Washington and Oregon and provide seasonal, organic, and wild ingredients. The menu includes various small and large plates by executive chef Craig Hetherington and desserts by pastry chef Lucy Damkoehler. In line with the location, Damkoehler appropriately names some of her treats with artistic connotations, such as the rose period: a goat cheese pumpkin gateau with cranberry-marcona almond nougat.
