Part of Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa, the Tamarisk Room serves locally inspired international cuisine inside a 200-year-old cottage. The candlelit dining room contains a high peaked ceiling with exposed beams, coral walls hung with island-themed prints, and white-clothed tables surrounding a grand piano. Open seasonally, the adjacent terrace provides additional seating with panoramic views of Mangrove Bay. Incorporating fresh seafood, local produce, and herbs grown in the on-site garden, the seasonal menu includes such dishes as mousse of foie gras, and tamarind-glazed mahi mahi. April through October, the Tamarisk Room also hosts live music and dancing on the terrace.
