At this Mediterranean-inspired bistro, $28 buys an excellent three-course dinner by chef Anthony Cafiero, including house-made pastas like his signature ravioli with Swiss chard, ricotta and a poached egg. The bar, which takes up one side of the narrow, intimate dining room, features Portland beers on tap, flights of sherry and cocktails made with house-infused spirits like lemon verbena vodka and basil gin.
