This satellite of the New York City steakhouse original is located on the mezzanine level of Las Vegas’ Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The Strip House serves grilled cuts of beef paired with decadent side items, such as creamed spinach with black truffles and creamed corn with pancetta. The restaurant also offers tableside carvings for two; diners can choose from either the 26-ounce chateaubriand or the 40-ounce porterhouse. The dining room is decorated in shades of crimson, and 1900's-era portraits of women from Studio Manasse in Vienna lend a seductive vibe to the restaurant.
