South Ridge Seafood Grill
The entrée menu is divided into “Things That Swim” and “Things That Don’t,” like grilled Rocky Mountain red trout with potato-bacon-shrimp hash, and grilled New York strip with melted Saint Agur blue cheese. An underwater mural of a school of large fish serves as an artistic focal point for South Ridge Seafood Grill, located in the Breckenridge Arts District; nostalgic touches such as a tin ceiling contrast with the contemporary local art. The deck is open for dining on nice days, a perfect setting for a Colorado-crafted beer and the Prince Edward Island mussels appetizer with Thai red curry coconut broth.
