Tucked inside Palms Place, the posh tower at the Palms Las Vegas, Simon at Palms Place is a visually stunning vehicle for the culinary expertise of Chef Kerry Simon, who worked in such famous Manhattan restaurants as La Cote Basque and Lafayette. Signature dishes such as Maine lobster and garganelli and “the meatloaf” are complemented by the California-inspired design of the Rockwell Group. Diners are treated to breathtaking views of the Red Rock Mountains and the Palms Place pool. The restaurant itself was built from sustainable materials, and it grows its own micro-greens and herbs right in the dining room.
