The Silverleaf Tavern in Murray Hill puts a new twist on the traditional neighborhood pub. The luxurious interior is accented with leather and exposed brick; high-back mahogany banquettes provide an intimate space for conversation. Some updates on traditional pub grub include buffalo lollipop wings, truffle fries, and porcini popcorn, but old favorites like fish and chips, steak frites, and bacon cheddar burgers are also available. Many cocktails include local, fresh ingredients such as the agave nectar margarita and The Perfect 10 (rum shaken with blackberries, lime juice, and rosemary).
