Inspired by Tokyo’s Shibuya district, this upscale Japanese restaurant on MGM’s Studio Walk offers inventive cuisine ranging from small plates to fresh sushi, which is often hailed as the best in the city. Surrounded by red lanterns, undulating branchlike partitions, and dynamic crisscrossed wood beams adorning the walls, visitors can have a seat at the sleek sushi bar. There, patrons face a large multi-screen video art installation viewed through hundreds of semi-transparent mirrors. After starting with a selection from the extensive sake list, featuring more than 125 options, diners savor specialties like the tuna sashimi with black truffle soy vinaigrette.
