Clubby Moscow-style glamour comes to St. Petersburg with a branch of this transcendentally cool fusion boîte, modeled on London’s hip Hakkasan. The lobby has a glowing aquarium built into the wall; inside it’s all black, red, gold and flickering votives. The vast pan-Asian menu is a big hit with the local fashion elite.
We loved: Fried wasabi shrimp with almonds; jasmine tea–smoked pork ribs.
