Open since 2011, this newer outpost of the stalwart restaurant of the same name next door is Prati locals’ go-to for aperitivo, thanks to barman Pino Mondello’s creative drinks lists and wine supervisor Luca Boccoli’s wide-ranging choices by the glass. (Try the Settembrini Spritz – Campari, sparkling wine and a dash of Cynar.) The minimalist-chic interior, with oak-plank floors and smaller tables, invites long chats in the cold months, while the generous sidewalk setups, shaded by awnings and plane trees, are perfect in spring and summer.
