Through the glass walls enclosing the centralized kitchen, patrons can watch the chefs prepare homemade naan in clay ovens before savoring the freshly baked product with four dipping sauces. Then, diners enjoy signature dishes from the main menu, created by chef Martin Heierling and divided into categories such as Asian, Italian, seafood, and grilled. Favorites include the duck foie gras potstickers, lobster and sweet corn ravioli, and gelato served in a carved ice bowl.
