This stylish new restaurant, just off the Piazza Santo Spirito, has the atmosphere of a Paris brasserie, with a handful of outdoor tables in the summer. Chef Mirko Innocenti expertly prepares both light salads and hearty dishes like Chianina beef burgers.
We loved: (creamy codfish on brioche); risotto with Gorgonzola and pear.
