Sandbar Fish House & Market
Housed inside the former Pearl Brewery, Sandbar Fish House & Market serves up a fresh selection of hook-and-line-caught seafood that is flown in daily. The small eatery has industrial-like decor with concrete floors, a lofted ceiling, and a metallic bar. The menu includes such options as lobster bisque, octopus seviche, and cold poached Arctic char, but the restaurant also serves up to 10 different bivalves a day. Artisan breads are made in house every day, as are the seasonal desserts. The expansive wine menu spans the globe, but has a strong focus on whites.
