The chef utilizes the freshest available produce, including over 600 varieties of tomatoes, to create tempting salads and mains. The décor is simple, and the space is accented in shades of black and red, welcoming diners to sample the chef’s creations, which include tagliatelle with salmon and green tomato sauce. Rouge Saint Honoré is open for both lunch and dinner daily.
