This little shack on the Marigot waterfront is the best of the island's many lolos (tiny restaurants specializing in Creole cooking). The ebullient staff scurries from table to table, serving up stewed conch, whole roasted fish, and braised goat perfumed with aromatic cloves and Caribbean-style curry.
