Urban wine bar and restaurant RN74 takes its name from "Route Nationale 74," the main highway in the Burgundy wine region of France. Chef Jason Berthold creates upscale French-American cuisine, and sommelier Rajat Parr's wine list highlights Burgundian labels. RN74 is in the Millennium Tower, fronted by a glass facade with amber lighting and dark wood shutters. The house signature dish, Liberty Farm duck cassoulet, takes 10 hours of preparation before being crisped to order.
