Ristorante Nino
Just steps from the Piazza di Spagna, Ristorante Nino, with a stone-walled exterior, sits along a relatively quiet cobblestone side street. Established in 1934 by Nino and Mario Guarnacci, the restaurant has simple décor of wood paneling within two separate dining rooms and waiters who wear white jackets and black ties. Though it is recognized among tourists as the sight of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’s wedding rehearsal dinner, the food is still an ode to classic Tuscany. Ribollita, known as a dry soup, along with chicken liver crostini, and homemade pappardelle with rabbit are among the signatures.
