Ristorante Duomo
With the only two-star Michelin rated restaurant in Sicily, chef Ciccio Sultano is in high demand. Steeped in Sicilian tradition, his dishes nonetheless incorporate international influences, especially his sushi-like white shrimp with honey and rose petals, sea urchin with ricotta, and smoked swordfish with cantaloupe. Located on an ancient narrow street just behind the cathedral it takes its name from, the restaurant sports a dining area made up of three small rooms furnished and decorated like private parlors with black granite floors, painted portraits, and floral, baby blue wallpaper.
