New Orleans’s food scene is famously multi-ethnic, but some cuisines, like Latin American, have gotten less attention than others. One of the city’s more prominent Spanish-Latin restaurants is Rio Mar, where Adolfo Garcia uses the Gulf’s finest seafood in his casual dining hall near the Convention Center. There’s an extensive tapas menu and terrific ceviches.
We loved: Tuna-olive empanadas.
