The five-table, peanut-size Riddarbageriat Bakery), founded by Sweden's all-star baker Johan Sorberg, is the perfect spot for an afternoon break. Shelves of aromatic pastries hold enticing new twists on the old cinnamon bun, with apple, chocolate, almond, and cardamom flavorings. Or try one of the 60 types of artisanal bread. Among the choices: Danish rye, apricot and raisin, and pumpkin seed. It's also rumored to serve the best latte in town.
