Restaurant Paustian
Part of a waterfont furniture showroom complex designed by the same architect responsible for the Sydney Opera House, Copenhagen-born Jørn Utzon, Paustian's all-white dining room is furnished with Danish modern chairs, blonde wood tables, and oversize white pendant lamps suspended from the high ceiling. While "new Nordic" has been the culinary buzz for a while, Chef Bo Jacobsen's menu strives to bring back classic Danish cuisine, featuring such dishes as pan-fried herring, cod salad, roasted phesant, and veal liver. The extensive wine list includes selections from around Europe.
