Despite its unmemorable name, the Restaurant Bar + Grill is Glasgow’s most exciting newcomer. On the second floor of posh shopping mall Princes Square, the dining room has an open kitchen, where meat sizzles on a rotisserie and a gas-fired stone oven creates an approximation of a wood oven (now sadly illegal in city restaurants).
We loved: Spit-roasted Goosnargh chicken.
